Position Overview: 

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications & Public Relations, you will play a critical role in articulating our brand story and elevating awareness among our national audience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker that can proactively identify opportunities to amplify our key messages, activities, and differentiators – both to our internal teams and external audience. As a key partner to the executive team, this role will lead the corporate communications function.   
 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead SkinSpirit’s public relations strategy, ensuring brand-aligned media coverage for key consumer and industry activity in partnership with a PR agency  

  • Lead all corporate communications activities in partnership with the executive team, including internal communications and external opportunities  

  • Curate strong storytelling opportunities across consumer, industry and business themes  

  • Develop cohesive messaging strategies for key marketing campaigns and manage communication to field teams  

  • Manage external partnership opportunities, including influencer relationships and brand-level partnership opportunities that drive our positioning and awareness  

  • Develop and share a PR and partnerships reporting strategy, including KPIs, market trend data and competitor activity  

  • Travel as needed up to 10% 

  • Perform other duties as assigned  
     

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required 

  • 5+ years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

  • Experience managing an external PR agency and demonstrated ability to source and secure partnerships  

  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior executive team and other internal and external stakeholders  

  • Experience in the consumer health or beauty industry is preferred  

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail and a proven ability to project manage complex content creation projects 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

  • Frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear  


 

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $155,000* (plus bonus potential)

*Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, job market, etc.
