Location:
Position will be primarily remote with occasional travel required. Ideal candidate will be located in one of the following states/areas: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
Position Overview:
The Sr. Analyst- Category Management will play a key role in shaping how we launch, price, and grow services and retail products across 50+ clinics. This role blends strategic analysis with hands-on execution; this person will evaluate pricing and promotions, track pilot performance, and coordinate cross-functional category initiatives. It’s a unique opportunity to build in-depth experience at the intersection of beauty, health, and wellness, while helping scale what works in the fast-growing medical aesthetics space. This role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and a path to future growth in category management.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate pricing and promotional performance: Analyze pricing opportunities and assess promotional ROI to inform future pricing strategies, offers, and category initiatives
Manage promotional calendars and execution: Own trackers, coordinate cross-functional execution, and monitor in-market performance to ensure flawless delivery of promotions
Analyze service and retail performance: Dive into treatment and product data to identify trends, client behavior, and opportunities to drive growth
Support business cases for new launches: Size opportunities, assess risks, and develop data-driven recommendations for new services, positioning, and pricing models
Drive cross-functional execution: Manage timelines and communications across marketing, supply chain, IT, learning & development, and vendor teams to keep initiatives on track
Lead industry data analysis: Monitor competitive and market activity and analyze consumer trends to inform long-range planning and category strategy
Support in provider development initiatives: analyze metrics and performance, identify opportunities, assess program and training effectiveness, and work with subject matter experts to support our providers in their growth trajectories
Codify and scale what works: Turn learnings into scalable playbooks that help us replicate success as we grow
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of relevant experience with success in analytics and category management
Management consulting or strategy experience preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
Advanced Excel; comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
Proactive, flexible, and able to independently solve challenges
Project management and organizational skills; able to manage priorities simultaneously and on time
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $135,000*
*Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, etc.
